Question These under warranty I hope?

Okay, I been hit by some misfortune lately with my 09 XF. Today I went to start the XF and all I got wa a click.I though no biggie so
I trickle charged it and It was fine. Alternator is putting out 14.2-14.7 all the time. But now again it is dead again. I think there is a bad cell and now a dead battery as the reading I get on the multi meter at idel and under load.

My car is a late 2009 XF Supercharged with 29k miles. Should a faulty battery be covered under warranty? I think the warranty is 5yr/50k miles? I now have the Cats system fault that comes on here and there and also Brake fluid low among some other random lights. I assume EVERYTHING but brake pads/tires/clutch would be covered under warranty no matter what since those are all the wearable items on cars? And does JAg dealer give loaner cars ,cause I am told they do not? How do I play my cards here if they push back on some warranty claims? I hope to get my last 2 TPMS sensors done under warranty since I paid for the first 2 on my own without knowing of the failures out there.

Rental cars may depend on the dealer. The only two times mine was in the shop for warranty covered items, I was furnished a car at no charge.
The second time was under Easy Care extended warranty and they only allowed $30/day. I didn't like what was offered and they (Enterprise) offered me a new 2011 XF at an additional $20/day which I jumped at.
This dealer has an Enterprise Rental on premises since they have several other brands on the same block.

Battery is covered under warranty. I also have a 2009 and had my battery replaced at no charge a couple of months ago. I believe the warranty on 09's is 48 months, 50k miles.

The weird part is this morning the car started nice and strong but, I have a CATS system fault code now and it rides hard. I still think it is a bad cell i nthe battery and needs to be replaced. Ray Catena site says they provide loaner cars on shceduled appointments and for emergency they provide an Enterprise rental.But, they told me only if I bought the car there.

Apparently it is common for it to randomly not start. If you wait a little bit, it usually starts back up. I've had one instance where I experience the same issue and it did eventually start. I took it to the dealership (with a bunch of other issues) and they determined the battery had a cracked cell and replaced it under warranty. My dealership gives me a complimentary loaner car for 3 days.

Of course when I get there nothing is acting up. But they told me my car had the battery and all 4 TPMS sensors replace at 15 miles already. I hope they see the Fault codes stored in the ECU at least. I was lucky to score a Enterprise rental at their expense this time. I got a good service advisor for once.

My 2009 XF SC had the converters replaced @22345 mi.It took 2 days and I was given a rental on the house. Reason for the failure remains unknown other than there was FOREIGN material loose within the both converters;
could that material be BRITISH or chinese ? Jokin!!
