Default Turbo

Hi all. I have the dreaded RP from turbo.
I just want to know any mechanic or anyone who can sort me out in west sussex/ south london area.
Also, i understand there is 2 turbo. Right and left. What is the difference between the 2?

Thanks guys. Its for my lovely xf 3.0

More into it.. so basically the car runs fine. When i hold the my foot down at 3k roughly, the RP comes on until i rest the car for a few minutes. If i restart straightaway the message stays on. At time i have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes..

One turbo is bigger than the other, the first larger turbo is used up to about 2500rpm, then the smaller turbo kicks in, It sounds like this is when you get the problem, there is a pipe with a valve that runs between the 2 turbos to balance the power, this valve can stick & cause the RP to kick in. The valve/pipe is at the front of the engine & can be freed off
