Voice Commands on 09 XFSC

Voice Commands on 09 XFSC
I have voice commands but can not find the list of commands for all the functions. If I say Display, show Climate control.....I get it but how do I get the temp to display what I want. And, also if I say Display, show Audio Control, I get it but how do I get the frequency I want ? The manual is too confusing or not too detailed. Thanks
