Default What's up with Jag dealers?

I live in Guam USA which is a US Territory in the Pacific Ocean. We do not have a Jaguar dealer here. The closest US one is in California. I travel to the mainland once in a while. So I normally just walk in and buy my parts there.

I have a 2011 XFs with the 5.0l non supercharged motor. I bought it from the dealer in San Francisco when it was a year old and back from a corporate lease. So it was a certified used car. Up until now, I have had no real problems. But just recently, I did the waterpump replacement just as a precaution. Somehow, I snapped a plastic line and figured that I would just call a dealer or email them and order the parts.

My problem is that none of the dealers want to deal with me for one reason or another. Most are saying to go on to their online parts request and fill it out. So I did that but never got a response. Some that I have called said that they cannot sell to my region. Do they not want my business?

So short of me going to California on an airplane which is about 13 hours of flight time plus time at the airport for transit, is there any one out there that I can call and order parts and have them send it by USPS Priority Mail to Guam which has a US Zip Code of 96929? And can they take credit card payments over the phone?

I just feel so frustrated right now and wish that I had bought another brand of luxury car.

Have you checked into having the part shipped directly to you? I have had good luck at this site:

Genuine Jaguar OEM Factory Parts sold at Wholesale Prices | Jaguar of Las Vegas

Though I am now in very good relations with my local dealer, I have purchased items from this site in the past. Prompt confirmation and shipping times.

If you continue to have issues, PM me and I'll see if I can get my local dealer involved to help you out.

There is also a dealer called merriam jaguar that has a website, full parts lists at good prices and does online ordering. Have you tried them?

Tried Jagbits and their prices on the limited things they do carry are identical to my local dealer.
Called the https://www.jaguarlasvegasparts.com someone recommended earlier and even with shipping it was way cheaper. Just make sure to mention it's US made when shipping to avoid pesky duties. This will be my new OEM source.
