Hi I'm terrible at figuring out offsets and such..So I have a jag xfr with nevis wheels..They are front 8.5" 47 offset and 9.5 rear 66 offset and looking at tornados 9" front 55 offset ( I'm sure the fronts will fit fine ) but rears are 10.5 " with 38 offset..So my question would be since the wheels are an inch wider and 28mm difference in offset does that mean they will stick out about 2 inches further than the wheels i have now?

Not quite.
They will stick out 28 mm more due to the different wheel offsets (66-38) and then another HALF of 10.5" - 9.5" so 1/2", total around 1.6 inches or 40.7 mm.
Which should be OK on an XF seeing as the stock wheel and tyre set up is very "tucked", ie way in from the fenders, my guess is that the outside edges of the tyres would sit near enough to flush with the tops of the wheel arches.
I had a 2010 XFS with 18" wheels and for a laugh I put 2" spacers on it all round, and the rear tyres stuck out from the tops of the wheel arches about 1/2''.
2" = 50.8 mm so poking the rears out by 40.7 mm should not be a problem.
Yea I just found a online calculator...Everyone is saying they will stick out way to far in the rear ..I think it will be a touch past the fender but I don't think it will look to bad ..
this is the tool I used so yea about 41 mm ..which is about 1.5 in ..
So did a little research ..and the xf-rs has a 10.5 rear wheel with a 62 offset which is about 30 mm more than stock xfr .. 1 inch which is 25.4mm and the 4mm less offset ..So the f type wheels will stick out 10mm more than the xf-rs wheels which I think will be fine since they dont sit perfectly flush with the fenders
