Hi guys
I have a 2009 XF premium luxury I am experiencing a problem with my drivers window all the others work fine.

when I try to raise or lower it it raises or drops on 2 inches you have to repeat the process to get it fully closed or fully open ???

any ideas why ?? I have tried the window reset procedure but to no avail
any suggestions welcome

I had a 2010 that would do that and a roof. There is a memory that may have to be reset. I can not remember the exact procedure. Try searching for resetting memory for window travel, check the manual or call a dealer.
