Post Wiper issue

Hi, I'm currently working on a 2014 Jaguar XF 2.0L Turbo and the wipers won't work at all. The wiper water does work at first when the car is first turned on but stop working after the first time they operate. I have checked all the fuses in the CJB (Central Junction Box / Block Fuse located at the right kick panel) and they're all fine, the one i was concerned about was fuse 16 (5 amp) since the scanner gave me the code B1C45 Front wiper park position switch. I also placed some new relays in the EJB (Engine junction box / Block fuse located at the right side of the engine bay) to make sure that wasn't the issue. I couldnt find info about the connector (Wiper motor connector) and each wire's energy (positive? negative? ground?) I believe the thin one (brwn/blu) should carry the positive signal. Any ideas might be helpful, I'm running out of them.

Thank you.

I would suspect the turn signal stalk.
