Default Help needed :) Misfires on Bank#1 2012 XF 5.0

Hello guys! Hope you all had a great holidays

So here is what all started.
2012 XF 5.0 NA

1) needed to fix oil leak (valve cover gasket, intake manifold gasket, fuel injector o rings) replaced at the shop

2) car jerked off on the way back home, flashing CEL with code P0301, P0303, P0305, P0307 and went into restricted mode. (Misfire on all cylinders bank 1)

3) Shop bailed out, so I decided to work on it myself. Looooooong drama 🤮

4) while rechecking for codes, P0087 popped up, low fuel rail/system pressure. Suspecting dirty fuel caused some issue because the car was at the shop for 6+weeks and it happened when fuel level was nearly empty.

Now, I need some advice what to try first.

A) Stuck open fuel injector - makes most sense since I'm getting fuel pressure code with misfire on whole side of the engine. I can smell a lot of gasoline from right side exhaust with white smokes.

B) Bad fuel filter - can it affect only one side of fuel system?

C) High pressure fuel pump(s) - i know there is two of them, but someone told me it is not bank specific.

D) Coil packs and spark plugs - doesn't explain low fuel pressure codes?

E) Is there any connector that I need to double check? Which may cause misfires on entire passenger side of the engine?

I don't have budget to replace everything and be done with it, hope someone can help me pin point the problem or ways to diagnose properly.

Thank you very much everyone 👍

Default Start with work that was done?

It seems to me that the work you had done would be a logical place to look. If there are no lean codes (p0171, p0174), then the manifold gasket should be ok. I would recheck the sealing of the fuel injectors and fuel rail on the passenger side (odd numbered injectors) that would explain low fuel pressure if the fuel rail or if one or more injectors was not sealed well enough. Incorrect o-rings or loose connectors? Fuel damper seals? Coil pack connectors? Were the injectors installed back in the original spots? Maybe check injector coding?

Only my opinion, not a true expert, just a logical old hot-rodder mechanic.

Check the ground on the back of the cylinder head, they get left off after valve cover work and will cause misfires on that bank, can damage the PCM as the coils ground through there and the backfeed of power can smoke the drivers in the PCM.
