Default XF 3.0 S limp home problem

After having the car for a couple of weeks I have seen a few faults appear.
first one was the check engine light but no performance issues.
It was a EGR flow problem, I checked with an obd code reader and my phone. For the past few days it got a little worse.
The engine goes into restricted performance. It's now giving error code P2263 : turbo boost problem.
If I turn the car of and wait for everything to shut down then restart the car everything is working normal again...
The car is covered by warranty but I still like to understand what the problem is...
One more thing I'm having checked is the gearbox. If you are in D and you press the accelerator just a little and then let go I seem to feel kinda grinding going on... when driving normal everything is ok, I only notice it when stuck in traffic and you accelerate Just enough to get the car moving (slowly)...
Like I said, the car will be going to the dealer to have things sorted.
Just like to know what to expect! !

The grinding might just be your brakes. Mine often makes a 'graunching' noise just as I come to a stop, and again when I move from the brake pedal to the accelerator and move off slowly, such as in peak hour traffic or doing a three point turn. It's only as the wheels are just rolling. It did this with the stock brake pads and still does it with the new after-market brake pads. If I'm very careful and gradual with the way I brake to a stop I can usually prevent it from graunching. Absolutely no doubt in my case it is the brakes and not the gearbox. After much research, talking to my brake specialist and even getting him to remove, inspect and clean the pads and rotors, there is nothing I can do about it other than change to ceramic brake pads. However ceramic brake pad options for an XFR are extremely limited so I'll have to learn to live with it.
On my old XFS I swapped out the stock brake pads for PowerStop ceramic pads and they were brilliant, no noise and no dust. Pity they don't make these for an XFR.
