XF double chirp after locking car.

XF double chirp after locking car.
Hey guys and gals,
Just picked up a 09 XF Supercharged a couple weeks ago and noticed this audible double "chirp"
So, after locking the car (Flashing red light on dash) and walking into my house, I came back out to shovel some of the Chicago snow and noticed the car making a audible double "chirp".
The key is in the house approx 75-100 feet away, the car is armed.
The chirp happens about every two minutes.
Can anyone help me figure what this noise is?

On my previous 2009 model, I've had the double chirp when the trunk lid didn't close or lock properly. Opening and shuting it cured the chirp. Mine always occured when I initially locked the car. I don't know if it would have repeated after several minutes if I hadn't done anything about it.
