Hello all. Apologies if this is a duplicate thread. I bought a 2014 XF 3.0 AWD CPO from the Jaguar dealership that had been using it as a loaner. 9900mi after 2yr of service. Only issue so far has been a water pump failing when "a wiring harness frayed (sic)" according to the Jaguar techs. No warning lights ever came on, just white smoke that smelled like radiator fluid. Once smoke appeared, I switched off all accessories and literally coasted the car to the dealer shop over ~15min after smoke appeared (no room to pull off a rush-hour freeway). The warning light came on ONLY AFTER the car had been sitting for ~5min and I tried to turn it back on. Fortunately, water pump, thermostat, culprit harness and fluid all replaced under CPO warranty. Any other "typical" issues I should act on before CPO ends next month? Any tips for minimizing the headaches of driving a nice car like this? I take care of my cars and follow service intervals meticulously. Thanks in advance.
