Has anyone heard anything about Jaguar (or anyone else) offering a sports exhaust for the XF-R?

 

"Sounds" like you a Pcar enthusiast!

My sport exhaust on my 03 996 was one its better options - I loved it.

I have not heard of any sport exhaust, or many other aftermarket additions for the XF.

BTW - my SC XF is growing on me much more than I ever expected. I am also a life long PCar man.

 

PSE (Porsche Sports Exhaust) is a great option and it would be nice to have something similar for the R. Plan is to scrape up a few extra $'s and find a late series Carrera - somewhere between 85 - 89 before the 964 was launched - and have that as a weekend fun car, so won;t live without a P-car for too long.

 

Now that's a plan ! !

I am still on the fence as what to do next.

Go from the SC XF to the:

1 - XF-R
2 - 911
3 - Panamera ??

Since getting the XF, I am leaning toward less sport and more luxury? (comes with age, I guess).

Life decisions are getting tougher all of the time - lol

 

Stock sounds clean http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVuGseQ1pk4 but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement.. you could also install a switch to manually control the vacuum actuated exhaust valve. Eric
