Hi - was changing over my wheels today and noticed that the metal support brace that runs straight across the car between the rear wheels is noticeably bent on the right hand side. It's also pretty corroded. See picture

Likely that it just corroded and weakened? Or might it reflect a deeper issue?

And if I replace it (looks like only $100 part of it's the one I think it is) anything else there I should replace at the same time? There are a few parts around it with surface corrosion but doesn't look deep
