Default XF tuning for a friend

Hey all just looking for a bit of brief help I hope. I'm a VW GTI owner and have a bit of experience with tuning. My best friend has a 2014 Jaguar XF AWD with the 3.0L 6cyl engine knows nothing about tuning but he loves cars. I am hoping, I know it's a bit to ask, that some of you folks could very briefly and very high level inform me as to what kind of bumps he can expect from a level 1 tune. Also what upgrades he'd need for a level 2 (for a GTI it could be the intercooler or a straight pipe) and what bumps he could expect. Just generally.

I do enjoy doing research and wouldn't mind digging in and learning about it (even though I can't afford a jag) but I'm pressed for time and low on knowledge so I'm asking for a favor. I'm not sure if you can use a signal interceptor (like a JB4 for the VW) but that would be good to know as well. Finally I'd be happy to use the most well known tuner with the best rep that has the most fanbois just kick me a few names.

I have no expectations and would totally understand letting this one slide but if anyone does burn a few cycles to assist I would be most grateful. Thank you!
