Default XFR Aftermarket Cats?

I was bored, and stumbled across these Magnaflow catalytic converters for the XFR. Do these offer any performance gains or difference in sound?

Has anybody changed out the cats on their XFR before? I can't seem to find anything else online.

Link?
The only ones I can find are Magnaflow part # 51356, which are a universal cat, advertised as "OEM grade" (whatever that means!) and none of the ads specify the CPI count, see here for example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Magnafl...kAAOSwU4FZ89A4
I understand the stock XFR cats are "double" cats, ie two elements inside each cannister left and right, with a combined CPI count each side of somewhere around 1200, so fairly restrictive.
Over on the F-Type forum Velocity AP sell 200 CPI cats + downpipe (bolt on bolt off), and those who have fitted them report a slight improvement in power and performance but with a trade off of a large and not very nice sounding noise increase.
I suspect if you fitted 200 CPI cats to your XFR (if you could find them) in place of the stock cats, with your existing exhaust mods you would have the same result - a little more power but a lot more and unpleasant noise.

Here are two links. Hottexhaust

https://www.magnaflow.com/products?p...archTerm=52003

Part # 52003 and # 52004 for the driver side and passenger side. Although they are advertised as OEM grade. Not sure what that means as you said.

And yes I was wondering how it would sound with my existing exhaust mods if it would be too loud or sound raspy (I don't want raspy sounding).

Thanks for the links.
Judging by the specs ("OEM grade" and "pre-cat plus main cat") and the lack of CPI count details I suspect they are effectively stock cat replacements and therefore very likely to be just as restrictive as the stock cats, hence no change in performance or sound.
But probably just as good if not better than the OEM ones and probably a lot cheaper as well!
