Haven't posted much on this forum, so I will begin with a picture of my XFR.

Recently, there has been a strange metallic noise (like thin grinding steel against another) whenever the steering wheel is turned more than 180 degrees. The car clocks at 38k km or 25k miles, and it has been to a track day a couple of times. Took it to a service center but they say it's natural which I think is bull.

I believe this problem may be a result of loose bushing, but I have no certain proof because it is very hard to find any blueprint(like that of a realoem in bmwparts) regarding the suspension geometry of this car.

Could anyone kindly give advice regarding this issue? T
