Got a P0191. Where is the fuel rail pressure sensor located, please? I am used the the luxury of said being the first you see when you open a Mercedes hood.

It's on the left side of the engine near the back of the valve cover on the fuel rail. Significant disassembly is needed to access this, including unplugging the ECU harness, removing the wiper arms and all the fiberglass mat and windshield lower cowling. Do not replace with an aftermarket part- OEM only or it will cause random limp mode issues.

Nope, it's on the passenger's side (in the US) fuel rail. Driver's right.

 

Thanks. I saw that. I only found a video for Range Rover/Land Rover. It seems to have more space. I hope I can get a socket in there. 1-1/16th apparently.
