Default 20 inch tyres

Can anyone reccomend a budget priced 20" tyre for the XJ. My last car [ 2013 XF 17" wheels] was fitted with Pirelli tyres that cost me about £120 fitted. Looking at either Continental or Michelin tyres in 20" for my XJ it doesn't look asif I'll get much change out of £250 each. Any recommendations for something decent but less pricey would be appreciated.

Priceless.

Not many consider a Jaguar a budget-oriented vehicle; particularly one as beautiful as the X351 XJ.
With the sparse detail you share with the forum on your location, I can only contribute that here in the U.S., (the state of Florida in my case), dealers do suggest and sell what is a Korean brand fitment that has comparable performance and competitive pricing; I may be wrong, but believe it is Khumo(?)
I don't know about the U.K., but over here we have a plethora of on-line websites available for tire sales that list all the options when you select your make, model and year.
And if you would like opinions of tires on XJ's, you should avail yourself of the search tool & search the X351 forum for subjects you may be interested in, in this case TIRES should get you some good existing opinions.

I have the Continental DWS-06 All Season tires on my 2013 XJ 5.0LSC and am very pleased with them. Quiet, smooth ride and no problems. I have no need to pay more for Michelins.

Tires are the most important safety feature on your car.

P.S. If you can't afford the proper tires, you shouldn't have bought an XJ.

I too reside in the US. Atlanta area. I run hankook ventus v12 evo2 in the summer. Vehicle came with those tires on the car when I purchased it. XJL. In the colder months I switch my tires to all season Continental Extreme contact DWS. They are noiser and don’t ride as smooth as the hankook summer tires.

Falken tyres are excellent, they'll probably cost around 150 ISH for the rear & a tad cheaper for the fronts. I've had them on previous vehicles and they wear nice and even. Falken Azenis FK520 is the tyre.
