2006 XJ VP Stumbles when cold at a stop

I have a 2006 XJ8 VP it has 150K miles on it I have put the last 90K on it, on 5-30-2019 a new problem has just started the car stumbles at a stop only when it's cold after it is warm it's fine I drive about 85 miles a day and getting about 22.5 mpg
