I was wondering if any of you guys did dechromed the inside of the headlamp of a 2010 Xj X351. I painted all my car black and i just need to paint the interior of the headlamp too since i got BiLed projectors from BiXenon OEM ones.

 

Sorry for derailing, how did you remove the lense?

 

Heat gun mate. But you need to be good. First time you will melt the case or the lense.

I would paint the rough chrome areas black and leave the smooth circles chrome for better contrast. All black would be too much IMO

 

I can leave just this circles on ( red). Also i need to paint the cornering mirror and the position led's (blue).
