Default 2011 Jaguar XJL ac issue

Anyone have any issues with the ac system taking to long to cool off when the car is first started and when I come to complete stop at a red light or stop sign the ac starts blowing warm air then when u drive it cools off fans have been replaced cabin filter has been replaced need help bad don’t have the money to pay a ac person thanks

I have noticed a oil leak and maybe causing it to slip on the clutch I’ll check that soon also sorry new to the site figuring out how to edit and post I have seen that bulletin for the car and it says the dps valve or clutch slippage so gotta start there and check the system for proper pressures thanks for the info
