Default 2011 Small Coolant leak

Pictured below is what is weeping. I have tried silicone new hose and nipple and nothing seems to stop the drip. Any ideas?

You must replace the connection. It's not repairable.
We now have an much improved non-Jaguar solution too. This part is leak prone and failure prone because of the crappy plastic materials. The new part is brass and will never leak.

It's pretty cheap at less than $15.
Improved Brass Connector

But I must mention this is just the tip of the iceberg??
Have you replaced the water pump and the plastic sure to fail cooling tubes at the front of the engine? These are now available in lifetime Aluminum.
This needs to all be done at the same time to save you from having to go back in and replace things part by part.

Also consider replacing the SC snout or just the coupler as it's another known problem. It makes a clattering sound when shutting off the engine. Shut the radio off and open the drivers door BEFORE turning the engine off. Now listen carefully when the engine shuts down. It's pretty obvious and there are a number of posted video's that document the noise very well.

Of course it's WAY cheaper if you can DIY these repairs.
