Hello everyone I will be picking up my first Jag this weekend and its the XJ base. Indigo Blue with the Brown and Tan interior. My question is what kind of stereo come with this vehicle and what to expect from its performance? We are Pop & RnB lovers with a little base in the mix.

 

The standard stereo that comes on this car is, in my opinion, nothing short of fabulous. Phenomenal range, stereo separation, crisp sounds, etc. Just stay away from satellite radio which has a highly compressed sound which sucks. You can tailor the highs, lows and midrange sounds to your liking.

 

Ask the dealer to provide you with a dealer printout on this automobile, and you'd like to know what type of system, and how many watts and speakers.
I asked my dealer for a printout since "Meridian" was not indicated on the doors by my speakers. Found out mine has 675 watts and 14 speakers--it sounds great too.
