Default 2012 XJ Supercharged vs Portfolio Edition

I am considering purchasing a 2012 XJ Supercharged or a Portfolio model. What are the major differences between the two? What extra amount should I have to pay for the Supercharge model to a base Portfolio? I am having difficulty with the Supercharged badging, what badging is included in the MY 2012? I see prices in the $24k range on the Supercharged model and less for the Portfolio. Thank you for helping.

I'm pretty sure that the badge on the front fenders of the 2012 5.0LSC models include the word "SUPERCHARGED".
From my 2013:

There are some differences between the product brief and the production 2012s. For one the key fob did not change until the 2013my. Also, base XJ and XJL had the 5L 385hp non supercharged engines (max 121mph). The base XJL was standard with the "Portfolio" designation. The next step up was the 5L 470hp supercharged model in both XJ and XJL and designated "Supercharged" (max 155mph). The highest model available XJ and XJL was the SuperSport with a 5L 510hp supercharged engine (max 155mph). The trims available on the Portfolio and Supercharged models were similar in interiors, but the Supercharged offered an additional veneer, 20" wheel, 4 zone automatic climate control, and Leapers on the headrest. Also, XJL Supercharged came with rear side window blinds. This is according to a 2012my sales brochure I have.

The Supersport model is basically a fully-loaded version of the XJ.
My Supersport has aluminimum pedals, Jaguar logo on headrests, Illumination Package, Supersport badge on the front fenders, ACC, Extended Leather package and other cool features which are all additional on a Portfolio model. I think you can equip Portfolio with same features, but you can barely find them used.

BTW, Is there a big difference is there? I couldn't actually understand which one is better. Mine is semi aniline.

Semi Aniline Leather is somewhat thinner and much more supple/softer than the Soft Grain leather. Not to mention more expensive. As a demonstration a SuperSport owner can feel the difference between the seats of Semi Aniline and the headliner that is Soft Grain leather. At least IMHO
