Default 2012 XJ Supersport with Borla Pro XS 14" muffler

Thought I'd share a video of these mufflers to help exhaust decision-making. This is a '12 XJ supercharged (Supersport) with the Borla Pro XS 14" muffler. They fit easily, sound is great, mild drone a little below 2000 RPM, I added a much of sound deadening (mass loaded vinyl and dynamat) and that helped tremendously. They also pop and crackle more than stock, a bonus.

I might experiment and try the 19" version next. Anyhoo, enjoy the video and hope it helps decisions.

(please note-video was shot by my teenager which explains the weird angle)

Dude this is great, thank you for posting. Ive been looking to get a set of mufflers to go with the quad tips i got, but finding sound clips with reliable info is kinda tough, and the good ones tend to have more mods than just the mufflers. Would it be too much trouble for you to get a cold start clip?

Also, you mentioned dynamat and vinyl for sound deadening for the drone. How did you actually do that?
