I just picked up a 2012 XJL SC w/16K miles and cannot seem to get sunroof shades either if front or back to open. Rear shade does work.

Any troubleshooting I could do before taking back to dealer?

I tried the hard reset suggested by others (holding done sunroof close button for 45 secs), but unfortunately did not work for me.

I then removed and resat the sunroof fuse located in trunk fuse box and wa la! I am sure an obvious fix for many of you, but this is my first Jag and hopefully at least one other benefits from this.
