Default 2013 XJL- Driver Window control module

Hello all,

My drivers side window control module does not work. Unable to roll windows down from drivers seat, but all other passengers are able to control their window. Checked fuses are good. My next step I'm thinking to do is is a hard reset... With there being 2 batteries...should I remove both batteries out of line to reset?

Christopher, first things first, did you check both fuses F32 and F40 in the central junction box? F32 does the module, but F40 does the switch panel. That could also be your problem. Kinda like if you want to reboot the module, pull these 2 fuses and call it good vice resetting the whole vehicle. If you reset the whole vehicle, you will need to reset the e-brake switch and all the auto up/down features. Not hard, but if you don't have to.........

By chance, do you live in Waldorf, MD? If so, I am just south of you in California. If you want some help with this, let me know. I do wiring for a living and we may be able to figure a few things out.

Christopher, the central junction box is the one in the rear seat. If you pull down the center arm rest for the rear seat and then you remove the access panel there, you can see a fuse box. You need to look in that.
