Here are a few photos from my cameras. The overhead 360 view is distorted on the right, same with the split screen views from the left and right. Can I fix this or is there a faulty camera to blame?

 

The owner's manual says: Pan and zoom tools"When in a full screen view of a camera image, touch the image to display the pan and zoom tools. The pan and zoom tools allow the image to be viewed at three levels of detail and can be manipulated left, right, up, and down. Double tap the image to jump to the middle level of zoomed detail and allow the same pan and zoom functionality."

But tapping doesn't bring up any pan and zoom.

 

Is your side mirror housing in the correct position, or maybe someone or a cash knocked it out of position?

 

Dealer service diagnosed internal/software/electrical damage to the camera lens control. It's stuck out of alignment. They ordered a new camera, under warranty.

 

All fixed. Camera was replaced.
