If you pull the codes from the electronics system it will tell you the reasons for the last 5 alarm incidents. That will help narrow it down. It’s often one of the sensors - the bonnet/hood has been known to fail.

In addition to checking the last activations through diagnostics, as you have a 2011 with the older style internal handles it is worth checking none of the locking handles are sticking. They can fail to retract fully when the doors are locked which leads to intermittent triggering of the door ajar switches inside the main latches. To test get inside the car and centrally lock it from the keyfob and check the locking handle is fully retracted (it should let you do this if the fob is inside the car when the button is pressed, but if not open the window and look in from the outside). If you find one has stuck then try an air duster first before dismantling the door panel.

If you suspect it may be the bonnet sensor you can temporarily disable it by disconnecting it and bridging the connector pins with a wire and some tape. IIRC it is the right hand latch that contains the switch.

All good suggestions!

Please post back if you can what the solution was. We get so many dead threads and we just never know if or how you got it fixed.
