Default All 4 Wheels Are Peeling

I was wondering if anyone else is having issues with their wheels. All four wheels have peeling. It looks like the clearcoat is coming off from the edge of the rim towards the middle.

Thanks,
Brandon

Is it a used car? If so, most likely it is the result of a chea respray job from a dealer prepping for sale.

Thanks,
Brandon

AMCDONAL86 is correct. If it is a used vehicle, CPO or not, you're looking at approx. $200 per wheel to have them professionally restored. If you could track down the perpetrator of this dastardly deed, you might be able to twist their arm (or something else) and have them re-do them properly.

Welcome to the forum Brandon,

I see you've posted this same question in two separate threads. My answer is the same as earlier replies. If your parents have owned this vehicle from new, take the issue up with the supplying Jaguar Dealer. If it is a used vehicle then it will almost certainly have been a quick overspray to hide scratches and probably kerb rash.

When you get a minute, please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some info about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

Default Purchased New. I have read about this happening to others

I have read in the past that other have had the same problem with their wheels. I cant seem to find it again. Maybe I found it on a different XJ forum.

Thanks.
