Default Battery replaced issue

Hey all, I tried searching but didn't see what I need. I just replaced my battery for the first time in my 2011 XJ sc (oem lasted 6 years in Arizona, 2 years is the norm here). So she started right up but my one touch up, and trunk close buttons don't work. Can someone link me the reset procedure fore these?

Thanks for the help.

somekidsenvy, reading the repair manual, it says that to recalibrate things, all you have to do is have the trunk open when you apply power. Then gently push the trunk closed manually (and slowly) until the car grabs the trunk lid and does a soft close. The act of the car soft closing the trunk resets the close and open positions for the hall sensor and this will allow the trunk to function normally again.

This was all taken from Section 501-03 for a 2011 XJ.
