Default Black Wheels on BRG

There are some really smart people with a good sense of automotive style on this forum so I would appreciate your opinion. How do you think black wheels would look on British Racing Green XJL? It is currently on 19" wheels.

If you go to tirerack.com, you enter your car information and the site will display a very good rendering of your vehicle with different wheels on it. You can choose to color the car green, and they have a limited number of black wheels. At the end of the day, it is whatever makes YOU happy.

Hard to say?
I have black wheels on my IRR 2014 XJR and I like them but still not 100% convinced.
Sure does not show the brake dust as much!

Well IMO, dark wheels on a dark car don’t seem like a good fit to me. They don’t seem ugly or terrible, but it just doesn’t match with it. I got Graphite Gray powder coated wheels on my Polaris White XJ and I think they look great. Would I have gotten light colored wheels? Probably not, unless it was brushed steel/silver. After all it’s your car, do as you wish.
