Blinking light don’t know what it means

That's the Adaptive Headlight warning light. It means that one or both of your headlights isn't working properly.
You'll need a proper DTC (Diagnostic Code Reader) to pull the codes to pinpoint the problem. Replacing a faulty adaptive headlight with a new one is expensive, so you might want to find a used one or try to repair it.
There are lots of threads that address alternatives. You just joined the Forum, so the easiest way to search is to use Google. Just start your search with "Jaguar X351 Forums" followed by key words that describe what you want to know.
