I am keen to hear what problems people might have had with their Jaguar 3.0 V6 diesel engined cars. Whilst I do not have any problems with might this early into buying it, it would be nice to know what I should be looking for.

 

Hi, I had an airbox replaced at about 10000 miles, something to do with the turbo I think.
The only other thing on mine, which is in the process of being sorted at the moment, is the corrosion on the sunroof runners. This is only visible when the roof is open and you look from the outside, so do go and check your now.
It is still the most amazing car , It is a March 2011 and I have had it from new, it has covered about 47000 miles now.

 

Thanks for the heads up regarding the sunroof runners. I will have a look at mine tomorrow as I want to give it a bit of a clean anyway.
