Default Console Control Problem (no volume, no AC)

I have a 2012 XJ, and the electrical controls on the center console have completely stopped working. The volume control on the steering wheel works, and the AC will come on after a few miles, but I have no AC control.
My assumption is the the control center has completely gone out, even though the touch screen and navigation still works.

i wouldn't wish this on anyone, but I do hope that some one has had experience with this issue. The vehicle has 83k miles, so it seems a little premature for this type of failure. But hey, the big cats are finicky.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

One other bit of information. I have an appointment at Houston North Jaguar tomorrow at 10am, so I will definitely share what I learn.

Unplugging the battery now, in hopes that they system with reset. I know... it's a reach.

Your issues sound like your battery is in need of replacement. X351s are notorious for your kind of issues when the battery is less than 90% strong even thought it will start the car it needs the additional operational amperage.Just MHO

+1, have the battery checked, they'll probably check codes, but should be checking the battery as well. If you have any issues with them, call Kevin at the dealer on Southwest side of town, he'll get it sorted, tell him Jaison sent you.
