I need help. what could that be. Water pump is new.

When you changed your pump did you also change parts 4 and 5?

V8,

I had the same problem.
when you fitted the new pump were you careful about getting the pipe in the back seated properly?
when i fitted mine the first time i missaligned the pump and pushed the pipe to one side so had the same water flow you are seeing.
just to check you changed 2 O rings
hate to say it but you will have to pull the pump off again and check.

No, pump sits right. Had used new O rings. I suspect that the outlet pipe (AJ89664) is defective. I believe the suction bridge must go down.

Yeah I ended up replacing mine,
not a hard job but I recommend getting some of these if your going to remove the intake

V8 I had to change mine at 58000 miles so it might be a good idea to change.
Do you do the upgraded piping there is a parts list in the post I sent you in #2
