now both driver & passenger door handles are rattling , what next?

 

I am not sure if my door handles are rattling or if its the whole door panel. I only hear it when the stereo is on and a certain frequency of bass is coming out. When I put pressure on the handle it goes away but that also puts pressure on the panel.

 

Part of the exterior door handle (the small cap covering the key hole) on my brand new XF Portfolio loaner came off and is missing.
