Hi All

Rear door wont open from either outside or inside what can i do to get the door open to investigate the fault or does any one heve experiance of this problem.

the door is unlocked according to the door symbol

That's a tough one. Should be able to get the door card off from the inside but to make this easier I'd suggest removing the rear seat first. Not a bad job but made trickier as you'll need to be quite flexible to release the seat from the non opening side and applicable wire harnesses underneath. Move and tilt the front seats as far forward as possible to give you more room to do this. Once out this should enable better access to pry off the door card and see what's going on. Good luck!
