Default Driver windshield wiper/washer

When my windshield is very dirty, the washer system cleans the entire passenger side and the top 80% of the driver side. The bottom 20% doesn't get enough washer fluid to clean. Most noticeable in the morning when driving into the sun. Dealer says that is how all XF and XJ washer system works and they cannot correct. Anyone having this issue?

Default me toooooo!

Have the exact same issue - dealer says it works according to specs... BULL! the water should reach the full wiper area. I asked that they reajust the sprays and they say they can't
It is one of too many issues with my 2011 XJL - Anyboby wants to buy it? I will sell it for a good price!

Default Wiper issues too

My driver's side wiper seems to clean the middle of the windshield pretty well, but leaves streaks at both the top and at the bottom of the blade. The arm that holds the rubber doesn't provide any force at the top of the blade because it doesn't extend that high. I can understand that, but what's up with the bottom?
