Driver side between front and rear doors
Hi guys! I recently stumbled against the side of my October 2010 XJ L, and the plastic door trim cracked and broke. You’ll see what I mean from the attached photos. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me that’s clumsy? I could do with some guidance regarding part numbers and replacement process. Anyone able to help?
Thanks Graham! It's actually the opposite side to that shown, but am I right in thinking parts 2 and 3 are mirror images of each other so they will fit both sides of the car? The last 6 of the VIN are V11135.
There's different P/N's for LH and RH so even though they are mirror image, they can't be interchangeable. Here's the LH moulding P/N's for your VIN:
A rotating arrows symbol indicates the part has been superseded. E.g. the original LH Rear moulding C2D16616 for your vehicle has been superseded by C2D19651 from the later VIN range.
