Well I don't know I guess I will have to break hard at the traffic lights to not feel the it. I am sure the changing the seal should make it better or if not I will looking for a use one but again that we will not know what's the condition it is in.

 

There was another fellow in this forum with same sympthons and found out that his engine mounts have been failed. Engine mounts are active type, controlled by vacuum.
