Default Gearbox Service (Kent)

Hi all
Having had a number of XJ`s over the years to which we have always used only two main dealership groups for our servicing needs (Family members) so we have always been very well looked after....

Unfortunately as most of you are aware Jaguar won`t service your ZF box. (Six or Eight speed unit)
Having used a transmission service center on the west coast who have taken care of each XJ`s ZF unit, I`m now looking for recommendations in Kent like a good Indy or a gearbox service center within Kent or London ?

Any help would be most grateful...

Current XJ 2018 MY Portfolio LWB (Sadly the last of the model production) having the upgraded infotainment system... Still preferred the earlier system.

We were so much looking forward to the E XJ, we even placed our pre order directly with castle bromwich only to be informed (Sorry we are shelving the E XJ)

Some Jaguar franchises will definitely service the ZF boxes. IIRC I was quoted about £350+VAT last time by Matfords Exeter, which I took them up on as I was lazy and it was only about double the DIY cost.

The only other shop I've used was Bristol Transmissions, so sadly not much use for you.

(There are a lot more UK members on the jaguarforum.com website so you may have more luck finding a shop in and around Kent if you ask again on that forum.)
