Default HELP NEEDED!!!! drivers window malfunction

Hello guys,
I have a 2011 XJL supercharged, its been flawless for 40k i had on it.
However, last night, I left it outside the garage with snow storm raging outside, and this morning when I drive it to my school, I realized that the window on the driver's side is not coming down. When I press the button, there was a small click and tiny movement, then the window will just stop working. I have already tried global opening and "hard boot", yet nothing works. I really don't want to go to the local dealership because they always try to charge me for random stuff even when my car was still in warranty.
Thanks for any help and sorry for bad english!

Might be due to snow, maybe its frozen inside the door panel? Maybe try leaving it inside the garage, and see what happens.

Welcome to the forum Niko Ni,

The click is probably the safety cut out if the glass is not free to move.

The glass needs to warm up. NEVER pour hot water on glass - it will crack! I agree - put it in the garage to gradually warm up the glass.
