I can't contro cabin audio from the rear seat remote control. With Limo mode on when I push anything on he remote to adjust cabin audio volume for example, there is a message on the rear headrest screens saying Supervisor Mode enabled and it won't affect any change.

Anyone else seeing this?

 

On the main touchscreen in the front touch audio/video button and then the rear media button and check to the right to see if the lock button is highlighted. If so turn it off. Also as long as the rear media screen is up the remote is disabled.
