Default How to pick a service location

My xjl is rapidly approaching its one year service date, and from what I understand, the car will more or less automatically have the roof popper tsb done. Other than word of mouth, is there any way to know which dealership service department has done the most number of these? I don't want my $100k car's roof torn apart more than once.

I would appreciate anyone who has had a good result (or bad) in the mid Atlantic letting me know.

Have you checked on Yelp? I've seen reviews on a lot of dealers on there.

That is difficult unless you have first hand info on the dealership.
My dealership is Harrisburg Jaguar/LandRover.
They are the best dealership I have ever delt with.
I had the same worry about the overhead being taken apart.
After the work was completed-you would never know anything was worked on and my interior is very light in color.

I find that with any brand of cars, you typically get the best results by taking your car to the dealership you bought it from - since it is THEIR car, they care much better for it and want you to continue to be happy with their service, which could lead to you buying another $100k car from them in the future!

Hi Pa Bill: I just got a '12 XJL. I live in State College and am thinking about getting your dealership to do my service work. Is there a mechanic there you would recommend? Oh, does this dealership sell tires?
Thanks.
