Should I clean the intake valves or leave it? will it make any difference ?

 

I would say to get it done, especially if you have 60K+ miles on the vehicle since the last time the valves were cleaned. You may see a litle up-tick in the mileage of the car as the air can flow easier after the cleaning and this will prevent anything serious happening later if you stay up on hte cleanings.
