Default Interior trim color

Hello all. I’ve searched and searched but I can’t find a left front door scuff plate in Mocha. I find conker and granite and the mocha says discontinued. I have a 2008 XJ8 L. Maybe someone has some info on this. Thanks in advance.

You may have more luck asking in the forum appropriate to your car: this forum is for the X351 (2009 onwards) so most of the readers haven't got a car like yours.

Welcome to the forums ATX51245,

As mentioned in post #2, your vehicle is the previous X350 model and not the current X351 model.

The front treadplate in Mocha (Part Number C2C26180AMB) for your 2008 XJ is no longer available from Jaguar. It's extremely unlikely a Dealer would hold such a trim part in stock so your only option is likely to be a breaker. Good news is the left and right sides are identical.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

I use Jaguar land Rover Classic parts in the UK for obsolete parts. The way I understand this is when parts go obsolete they buy up all the remaining stock. I have gotten several NLA parts from them but sometimes you need to wait.
Right now they show nothing but it would be worth contacting them to check.

But I think I would start searching EBay because there are a lot of used parts out there.
Look for an entire car so you can see the interior colors. I have requested parts they did not list because I could see them in the car pictures.
