YEP, this is a pain but there are a few tricks that I wish I knew before spending hours in the back seat area.

Wow, I bought subs for the rear deck as mine were blown/rattling too, but after about 30 min trying to figure out how to remove the rear deck, I gave up and ended up Re-gluing the surround from inside the trunk. Surprisingly it's still holding up and they sound great. For the rear doors, the r f makes a shallow version that's only 2.25" that will fit in the rear. I don't remember what they were but I'm sure you can google search shallow 8" mid bass. They also come with an extra cardboard type surround ring that acts as a spacer. I got mine in, it wasn't pretty, but they work well. Also make sure you get the really weak speakers, there are a few power ratings. And the power going to the rear doors is much lower than the fronts. But kudos to you for tackling that rear deck, I could even figure out where to start.... it was also really hot in the car so I gave up pretty quick, lol...
But the glue method works really well if your rear deck ms are rattling. Just re glue the orange surround to the frame with really good speaker glue. I did about 5 coats and it basically made a new rubber surround.
