iPhone contacts not on phone in 2018 Jaguar XF

Default iPhone contacts not on phone in 2018 Jaguar XF
The car recognises the iphone 6 but the contact list and recent calls do not appear. I have forgotten and added the phone multiple time with no luck. All contact on on the phone and not the SIM.
