Default The Leaper has Arrived
Here it is. Adds the perfect link between traditional Jaguar and the new beautiful design.

Looks great! Was going to get the exact Jag in Ultimate Black! But I just love the Blue now that I've seen it on your car.
Now I want the leaper too!!

I still love that colour. It seems to change depending on the light.

If I may post in a forum area in which I do not belong... I know there has been discussion whether the front leaper looks out of place on the new Jaguar design. Of course, to each their own. But I have to say, seeing it on your car, Barry, has made me think twice. I think it looks great. I especially like how far forward it is. Recently I think dealers have been setting them too far back on the hoods. The car looks fantastic. cheers,

Sorry, not really feeling the leaper either. Can't quite put my finger on it--just doesn't seem to go with the higher hood and blunter nose of the X351 and looks a little out of place compared to the '05 XJR I had below. Kind of breaks up the flow of the new lines IMHO.

To each his own, though. Beautiful color as others have said.

I think you're right - but perhaps the installation instructions call for a specific location and the techs merely comply. The Leaper install I saw on Thursday at my dealer was set back at least two inches aft of BarryF43's Leaper install.

It looks great Barry, and damn that color is glorious - seriously thinking of trading in the Indigo for Azurite. Also noticed the wheel change; love the Mataiva wheels, looks like SS now.

Thanks for the pics , you have a lovely color and the leaper is dandy fancy item .It looked very nice on newer Jags as well

The front edge of the base is 2-1/4" from the edge of the hood.

I agree it just does not fit the modern design.
